Cancellation Policy
Custom Workwear Orders, Blank Items & Customer-Supplied Garments
Please read our cancellation policy before placing an order for custom printed workwear, embroidered garments, blank workwear items or customer-supplied garments.
Important Information
Custom printed, embroidered and personalised workwear is made to order. Once production, artwork preparation, logo setup or garment customisation has started, cancellation may not be possible.
If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact KMVT Workwear as soon as possible with your order number.
Custom Printed & Embroidered Orders
Custom printed, embroidered or personalised workwear is made to order based on the garment choices, logo files, artwork, colours, sizes and customisation details supplied by the customer.
Once a custom order has been confirmed and production has started, it usually cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded for change of mind.
Before Production Starts
If you need to cancel or change a custom order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If production has not started and garments have not already been ordered, we will do our best to cancel or amend the order. If garments, materials, logo setup or artwork preparation have already been started or purchased, charges may still apply.
After Production Starts
Once printing, embroidery, logo setup, artwork preparation or garment customisation has started, the order cannot usually be cancelled.
This is because the garments and decoration are prepared specifically for the customer and may not be suitable for resale.
Blank Non-Personalised Orders
Blank, non-personalised workwear orders may normally be cancelled before dispatch.
If the order has already been dispatched, you may need to follow our returns process for blank non-personalised items, provided the items are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in their original condition.
Customer-Supplied Garments
If you provide your own garments for printing, embroidery or customisation, cancellation may not be possible once work has started.
Customer-supplied garments are customised at the customer’s own risk. If work has already started, we may not be able to return the garment in its original condition.
Logo Setup, Artwork and Preparation Costs
Some orders may include logo setup, embroidery digitising, artwork preparation or other setup work.
If this work has already been completed before cancellation is requested, the setup or artwork charge may still be payable even if the physical garment production has not yet started.
Urgent Orders
Urgent orders may enter production faster than standard orders. If you place an urgent order, please check all details carefully before confirming.
Once an urgent order has been accepted and production has started, cancellation may not be possible.
How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please contact KMVT Workwear as soon as possible with your order number and the reason for cancellation.
We will check the order status and confirm whether cancellation is possible, whether any charges apply, or whether the order has already moved too far into production.
Statutory Rights
This cancellation policy does not affect your statutory rights. If an item is faulty, incorrect or not as described, please contact us so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution where required.
